Shipping Policy
PREORDER SHIPPING
All CadenCrafts items are preorders and are handcrafted to order. Orders ship within 1–3 months of the order date. Your estimated ship window will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Every order ships with full tracking. You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information once provided. CadenCrafts is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CadenCrafts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CadenCrafts is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
DELAYS
