Terms of Service

By placing an order with CadenCrafts, you agree to the following terms:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are issued once an order is placed.

2. PREORDERS. All items are made-to-order and ship within 1–3 months. Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to production or supply factors. You will be notified of any significant changes.

3. CHARGEBACK POLICY. By purchasing from CadenCrafts, you agree to contact us directly at xadencraftss@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. CadenCrafts maintains complete records of all orders, communications, and shipments and will dispute any fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation.

4. ACCURACY. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. CadenCrafts is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. DEFECTS. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence. Late claims will not be accepted.

These terms are subject to change. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
